As professional FTD Florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada an on all FTD branded products. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement for equal or grater value. You must notify Town Center Florist within 24 hours of delivery of floral product. Town Center Florist does reserve the right to substitute for equal or grater value should that become necessary.
